The FORM Lab at the University of Michigan’s Taubman College investigates the intersection of computational design, digital & robotic fabrication, and material engineering. By integrating optimization algorithms, robotic workflows, and experimental prototyping, the group explores new methods for performance-driven design and novel fabrication methods. Our mission is to advance architectural research while providing hands-on opportunities for students to engage in cutting-edge design and fabrication projects.
